The Deep Learning models, underlying algorithms, model weights, training datasets, and fine-tuning methodologies provided by SAS TITANE INTELLIGENCE are protected by trade secrets and intellectual property laws.
Reverse Engineering: Users are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code or weights of the provided models.
TDM Reservation: In accordance with Article L. 122-5-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code, SAS TITANE INTELLIGENCE expressly reserves the rights to Text and Data Mining (TDM) on all content available on this Site and its services.
The user acknowledges that the services provided rely on probabilistic Deep Learning models. Consequently:
• The results generated by the models (text, code, images, data) may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases ("hallucinations").
• SAS TITANE INTELLIGENCE provides these services "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, relevance, or completeness.
• The user retains full responsibility for verifying and using any content generated by the models.
Unless explicitly stated in a specific B2B contract, the Deep Learning models provided on this Site are not designed for "high-risk" use cases as defined by the EU AI Act (for example: critical infrastructure, medical diagnosis, law enforcement, credit scoring). The user agrees not to use the services for these purposes.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French "Informatique et Libertés" law:

Model Training: We do not use data entered by users to train our models.
