Public versioned list of the third-party providers used by Titane and the mechanisms framing transfers outside the EU.

Titane Intelligence relies on a limited number of providers ("Subprocessors" within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR) to deliver La Forge and its applications. This page reproduces the list annexed to the La Forge NDA/DPA and keeps it up to date.
Client data is hosted in the European Union, primarily in France. No third-party language model is used in production.

Providers established in the United States host the data in the European Union. Any access from outside the EU is covered by the safeguards of Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR (adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
The publishers of the software a Client connects to La Forge (online store, CRM, emailing, advertising) are not Titane's subprocessors: they are providers chosen by the Client.
Titane imposes on each Subprocessor data protection obligations equivalent to those of the La Forge NDA/DPA and remains liable for their performance.
Titane informs its Clients of any intended addition or replacement before it takes effect, in the La Forge Admin page or by email. The Client may object on legitimate data protection grounds within fifteen (15) days; failing a solution, it may terminate the NDA/DPA at no cost (Article 18 of the La Forge NDA/DPA).
