Overview

Titane Intelligence relies on a limited number of third-party providers ("Subprocessors" within the meaning of Article 28(2) and (4) of the GDPR) to deliver its Services. In line with its commitment to transparency and with Article 28 of the GDPR, Titane publishes here the complete list of its Subprocessors, along with the location of processing activities and, where applicable, the mechanisms governing transfers outside the European Union.

This page is kept up to date. Any addition or replacement of a Subprocessor is notified by email to registered Clients at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect, in accordance with Article 9 of the Data Processing Agreement.

Contractual commitments

Titane contractually imposes on each Subprocessor data protection obligations equivalent to those of the Data Processing Agreement entered into with its Clients. These obligations cover, in particular:

the confidentiality commitment;
the appropriate technical and organizational measures within the meaning of Article 32 of the GDPR;
the notification of security incidents;
the prohibition on engaging further subprocessors without prior authorization;
cooperation with audits;
the SCCs (EU Implementing Decision 2021/914) for transfers outside the EU.

Titane remains fully liable to the Client for the performance by each Subprocessor of its obligations.

Procedure for addition or replacement notification

Titane notifies registered Clients by email of any proposed addition or replacement of a Subprocessor, at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect.
The Client has fifteen (15) days from the notification to object on reasonable and documented data protection grounds (Article 28(2) GDPR).
The Parties shall confer in good faith to find a solution. Failing that, the Client may terminate the Agreement without penalty.
In the event of an urgent need related to the security or continuity of the Service, Titane may proceed with a replacement without observing the notice period, provided that it informs the Client without delay and justifies the urgency.
