Titane Intelligence relies on a limited number of third-party providers ("Subprocessors" within the meaning of Article 28(2) and (4) of the GDPR) to deliver its Services. In line with its commitment to transparency and with Article 28 of the GDPR, Titane publishes here the complete list of its Subprocessors, along with the location of processing activities and, where applicable, the mechanisms governing transfers outside the European Union.
This page is kept up to date. Any addition or replacement of a Subprocessor is notified by email to registered Clients at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect, in accordance with Article 9 of the Data Processing Agreement.

Titane contractually imposes on each Subprocessor data protection obligations equivalent to those of the Data Processing Agreement entered into with its Clients. These obligations cover, in particular:
Titane remains fully liable to the Client for the performance by each Subprocessor of its obligations.
To automatically receive notifications of additions or replacements of Subprocessors, write to privacy@titane-intelligence.com, specifying the name of the relevant Account.
