These API Terms of Use ("API Terms") govern the Customer's use of:
These API Terms are incorporated by reference into the Subscription Agreement (MSA) and supplement the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
2.1 For the duration of the Agreement, Titane grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the API and the Connectors as part of its internal business operations.
2.2 The license covers normal use of the API for sending inbound data (ingestion) and retrieving outbound Recommendations, within the scope of the subscribed Services.
2.3 No intellectual property rights in the API, the Connectors, the SDKs, or the technical documentation are transferred to the Customer. All such rights remain the exclusive property of Titane.
3.1 Access to the API requires the use of personal API keys generated from the Customer's Account Area. Depending on the feature, OAuth mechanisms may be offered.
3.2 The Customer undertakes to:
security@titane-intelligence.com of any compromise or suspected compromise.3.3 Any activity carried out with an API key is attributed to the Customer holding that key.
4.1 The Customer undertakes to use the API in accordance with the technical documentation published by Titane, with the AUP, and with applicable law.
4.2 The Customer shall implement the recommended integration best practices:
4.3 In the event of manifestly abnormal use (disproportionate volume, looping requests, circumvention of caching best practices), Titane reserves the right to take the protective measures necessary to preserve service quality for all of its Customers, including the temporary application of technical restrictions.
In addition to the prohibited uses defined in the AUP, the Customer shall refrain, in particular when using the API, from:
6.1 The Connectors are software components developed and maintained by Titane that enable integration of the Services with third-party platforms. The list of available Connectors and their documentation are published on the titane-intelligence.com website.
6.2 The Connectors are installed and configured by the Customer from its Account Area or from the relevant third-party platform, in accordance with the procedures described in the documentation.
6.3 The Connector can be uninstalled at any time from the same interface. Uninstallation results in the immediate cessation of data transfer between the third-party platform and Titane.
6.4 The terms and conditions and privacy policies of the third-party platform remain applicable to the Customer's relationship with that platform and may not be invoked against Titane.
Titane continuously evolves its API (adding new routes, improving models, fixing bugs). These changes do not affect the backward compatibility of the existing API and do not require any particular action by the Customer.
Any change liable to break backward compatibility (modification of an existing response schema, removal of a route, change to a documented behavior) shall be subject to:
A route, parameter, or behavior marked "deprecated" in the documentation remains accessible for a minimum period of six (6) months from the date the deprecation is declared, after which it may be removed without further notice.
In the event of a security imperative or regulatory compliance requirement, Titane may make changes to the API without observing the six-month notice period, provided it informs the Customer without delay and justifies the urgency.
8.1 Customer Data sent through the API is subject to the restrictions of the AUP and the DPA, in particular the pseudonymized architecture described in Article 6 of the DPA.
8.2 The Customer remains solely responsible for the quality, lawfulness, and relevance of the data it transmits.
9.1 Titane uses reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the API. No quantified availability commitment (SLA) is guaranteed by default under these API Terms. Specific availability commitments may be agreed upon as part of separately negotiated Enterprise contracts.
9.2 Scheduled maintenance operations are subject to prior notice where possible. Emergency maintenance operations may be carried out without notice.
9.3 Technical support relating to the API is accessible through the Customer's Account Area or by email at support@titane-intelligence.com.
In the event of a breach of these API Terms, Titane may:
