Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Titane Intelligence Shopify App Store application and to the merchant-authorized Titane connectors for Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center) and Meta (together, "the App"). Other Titane Intelligence services may be governed by separate agreements, including a Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, or API Terms.

These Terms form a binding agreement between SAS TITANE INTELLIGENCE ("Titane", "we"), registered in France under SIREN 105 840 060, and the merchant ("you", "the Merchant") who installs the App or connects a Titane connector.

By installing the App or connecting a connector, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The App

Titane Intelligence is an AI product-recommendation app for Shopify merchants. This App Store version includes:

• AI product recommendations based on your Shopify catalog and order history.
• Native Shopify theme blocks for storefront recommendation placements.
• An embedded Shopify admin page for installation status and settings.

Where you connect a Titane connector, the App also lets you link your own Google accounts (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center) or Meta account through their official APIs and OAuth. Titane then reads aggregated reporting and, only where you authorize it, synchronizes audiences, conversions or non-personal product attributes for your own accounts. Titane accesses these accounts solely as your processor, on your instructions, and only for the features you enable. Your use of each connector remains subject to the applicable Google or Meta platform terms and policies.

2. Pricing

This App Store version is free. There is no charge, subscription, or usage fee for the features described here.

If paid features are introduced later, pricing will be presented before any charge applies.

3. Merchant data

You retain ownership of all data ingested from your Shopify store or from a connected account. Titane processes this data only to provide the App.

Shopify merchant data is stored in AWS Paris (eu-west-3). Customer and order data is used only for product recommendations, service operation, and support. Data read from a connected Google or Meta account is used only for the connector features you enable, as described in the Privacy Policy.

After uninstall or disconnection, data may be kept for a 30-day recovery window and then permanently deleted, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract Titane's models, algorithms, or source code.
• Use the App to build or resell a competing recommendation product.
• Share credentials or access tokens with unauthorized third parties.
• Use the App in violation of applicable law, Shopify policies, or the Google or Meta platform policies.

5. Support

6. Availability

The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Titane is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin or by disconnecting the connector.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of fraud, illegal use, security risk, or material breach of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
